Tingkat Ketahanan Pangan Rumah Tangga Petani Garam Di Kabupaten Sampang Dengan Pendekatan FCS Dan FIES
Abstrak
Petani garam penggarap di wilayah pesisir seperti Kabupaten Sampang rentan mengalami ketahanan pangan rendah akibat ketergantungan pada musim produksi dan akses pangan yang terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani garam dan menganalisis faktor - faktor sosial ekonomi yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian dilakukan pada 100 responden petani garam penggarap di Kecamatan Pangarengan, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui dua indikator utama: Food Consumption Score (FCS) dan Food Insecurity Experience Scale (FIES). Analisis data menggunakan regresi ordinal untuk mengidentifikasi variabel signifikan yang berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan pangan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan FCS, 61% rumah tangga berada pada kategori borderline dan 39% acceptable, sedangkan berdasarkan FIES, 92% tergolong food secure, 6% moderately food insecure, dan 2% severely food insecure. Faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap FCS adalah pendidikan, usia, pendapatan, dan jarak ke sumber air bersih. Sementara itu, untuk FIES, pendidikan dan usia menjadi faktor dominan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya intervensi berbasis pendidikan dan akses infrastruktur dasar untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani garam secara berkelanjutan.
